A Poem for
Remembrance Day
Papa wrote a  poem to remember those who have fallen in previous wars.  It has already become famous; we think it is probably Papa's best.

Click on the link of the left to read the poem and hear one of Papa's favorite songs.

We also reminded people about wars that we have fought in the past.

During the Iraqi War, I was adopted by a real Marine Platoon! Here's an image of me with my pals:
Baby now holds the rank of Gunnery Sergeant, and sports the National Defense Medal as well as the Good Conduct Medal:

A tribute to those who serve our country would not be complete without a tribute to the brave men and women who protect and serve here at home.

I was the guest of honor at a Veteran's Day service at Patriot's Park in 2003. That was Papa's proudest moment!
At the end of the ceremony, a Viet Nam vet came over to the car to meet Baby. As I was describing this page, he asked if I would post an image for the POW/MIA soldiers, so here it is. Please don't forget about these missing soldiers.
